Directions From I-81 take Exit 35 at Chilhowie, VA. Go north on Hwy 107 to Chilhowie and continue from Chilhowie on Hwy 107 north for 4.5 miles; turn right on State Rte 773 (Valley Rd); go 1 mile; turn left on State Rte 635 (Buckeye Hollow Rd which changes to Austin Rd); go 1.3 miles; property entrance is on the right; continue up dirt road approximately .3 mile; property will be on both sides of the road.
