  • D-43 100± acres. (Pocahontas Co., WV) This tract is well located north of Marlington, WV on Rte 219. It is within a mile of town and very near the Snowshoe Ski Resort. The topography is steep along the road; however, there are some skid trails on the northern end of the boundary for access to the property. The topography is excellent on the very top offering long-range views of the surrounding mountains and the Greenbrier River.

From Marlinton, go north approximately 1 mile; property is on the left just before the motel.
